Elfittings needed more than an online store, they needed a complete commerce and customer relationship system that could grow with the brand. Ravvis Systems designed and specified a full e-commerce platform with a custom-branded storefront, an integrated CRM, loyalty program, Paystack payments, and AI-assisted customer outreach built to unify online and in-store sales into one seamless experience.
Elfittings is a boutique fashion brand selling both online and in person. They came to Ravvis Systems wanting an online store, but the real need went deeper: a way to bring every customer relationship, whether from the website, in store, or a phone order, into one connected system, on a storefront that felt genuinely like their own brand rather than a template.
We designed a fully interactive prototype of both the storefront and the admin experience within the brand's existing identity, giving the client a real product to react to before production work began. The storefront carries a signature visual motif, an arched fitting room mirror frame, used specifically for the virtual try-on feature, tying the design detail directly back to the brand.
The result is a complete commerce platform. Customers shop a fully custom storefront with size and color variants, live stock visibility, and an interactive Style Preview Studio that lets them upload a photo and preview garments on themselves. Checkout is backed by Paystack, with saved delivery addresses for returning shoppers. Behind the scenes, a role based admin panel gives the team, from store associates to full admins, exactly the access they need, while a built in CRM unifies every sales channel into a single customer profile, complete with loyalty tiers, segmentation, and automated outreach that keeps customers engaged without manual follow up.
What started as a request for a storefront became a complete commerce operating system, one that gives Elfittings a single view of every customer regardless of where they shop, and a shopping experience that feels as considered as the clothes themselves.
