A full-stack web and mobile community platform built for Ladies Retreat Global covering a public-facing ministry website, an event management system, and a private year-round member app with Bible reading, prayer, chat, gamification, and admin controls.
Ladies Retreat Global needed more than a camp meeting website, they needed a permanent digital home for their ministry and a way to keep their community connected all year round.
The project was delivered in two connected parts. The first was a modern public website that adapts to whatever the admin has published showing event banners and registration only when live, and defaulting to evergreen ministry content otherwise. All copy, events, gallery photos, and contact details are managed through a built-in CMS by the super admin, with nothing hardcoded on any public page.
The second was the LR Community App, a private platform for all Ladies Retreat members. Members access a personalised daily dashboard with faith affirmations, a Bible reading wall with community reflections and reactions, a prayer journal and community prayer wall, group and direct chat, streak tracking, a monthly Bible challenge with leaderboard, member profiles, a badge system, event listings, and a resource library. A full admin portal handles everything from reading schedules and member management to monthly winner announcements and broadcast messages.
Both the public website and the member app run on a shared Supabase backend built with React and TanStack, while remaining completely separate experiences for their respective audiences.
